Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) to company-defined customer segments.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Generate leads through market mapping, field sourcing, and referrals.
• Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
• Build strong relationships with property brokers, chartered accountants, and local business networks to generate business.
• Ensure productivity and regular engagement of channel partners.
• Understand customer funding requirements and propose suitable LAP solutions.
• Guide customers through documentation, property evaluation, and loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan approvals and disbursements.
• Source customers aligned with credit policy and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality by monitoring delinquency and early risk indicators.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Turnaround time from sourcing to disbursement Qualification & Experience
• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage Loan sales in NBFCs or banks.
• Strong network with DSAs, property brokers, and connectors preferred.
