We are scaling our global finance operations and looking for a Senior Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist to own and optimize our end-to-end transactional pipeline. Working in a flexible hybrid model, you will bridge the gap between procurement, accounting, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of global disbursements. This is a high-visibility role where you will directly influence our working capital efficiency and drive tool automation from day one.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, purchase order (PO) matching, invoice processing, and global payment execution.
Reconcile complex supplier statements and resolve variances in pricing, quantity, or tax calculations in collaboration with internal business units.
Lead month-end closing activities for accounts payable, preparing accruals and ensuring sub-ledger accuracy.
Analyze current P2P workflows to identify bottlenecks, driving automation initiatives to reduce manual invoice processing times.
Audit and maintain internal controls (SOX compliance) across all purchasing and payment workflows.
Requirements
At least 2 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in a P2P or Accounts Payable (AP) function, preferably within a fast-growing or mid-market enterprise.
Proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and specialized P2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, Tipalti).
Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, GAAP/IFRS principles, and multi-currency transactions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically for data manipulation, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs.
Ability to work from our central office 2 days per week.
Nice-to-haves
Experience scaling P2P processes during a period of rapid international expansion.
Direct involvement in implementing or upgrading Coupa or NetSuite.
Familiarity with global VAT/GST regulations and withholding tax requirements.
