Salesforce + Revenue Cloud + Agentforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud and Agentforce to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, CPQ/Billing implementations, automation, integrations, and AI-driven Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows

• Customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements

• Develop reusable and efficient components following Salesforce best practices

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and deployment activities

Revenue Cloud / CPQ

• Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud including CPQ, Billing, Product Catalog, Pricing, and Quote-to-Cash processes

• Implement pricing rules, product rules, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle processes

• Work on subscriptions, renewals, invoicing, and revenue automation

• Optimize quote generation and sales operations processes

Agentforce & AI Solutions

• Build and configure Salesforce Agentforce solutions for customer support and service automation

• Develop AI-powered workflows, conversational experiences, and automation using Salesforce AI capabilities

• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud and external systems

• Support intelligent case routing, knowledge suggestions, and automation use cases

Integration & Collaboration

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, admins, and QA teams

• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and solution implementation

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development

• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce

• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Billing

• Experience working on Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities

• Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and automation tools

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and deployment processes

• Experience with Flows, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL

• Familiarity with DevOps tools, Git, and CI/CD processes

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications preferred

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist

  • Salesforce AI or Agentforce-related certifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Knowledge of integration platforms and enterprise architecture is an added advantage
