Key responsibilities
Extract from the NSF and DXL copies held in V2Soft's environment, working offline against a point-in-time copy.
Profile source data, measure field type drift and document the coercion rules that follow from it.
Build repeatable extract, transform and load pipelines for each application.
Convert rich text to the target format; relocate attachments to the external content store and rewrite every reference.
Reconstruct parent and child relationships from Notes response hierarchies.
Build reconciliation reporting that proves record counts and key field integrity against source.
Run the delta migration during the change freeze and produce the cutover reconciliation pack.
Essential experience
5+ years data migration engineering.
Migration from Legacy to Modernization
Lotus notes exposure to understand the migration process, since the role is LN to PowerApps in Dataverse
Loading Dataverse at volume: dataflows, bulk API or equivalent.
Designing reconciliation and exception handling, not only the happy path.
Desirable
Has migrated out of Lotus Notes specifically, including rich text and attachment handling.
