About Springworks
Springworks is looking for a proactive, self-driven, and experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys discovering talent, conducting market research, and building strong candidate pipelines. This role is ideal for someone with 4–6 years of experience who can independently drive recruitment activities, take ownership of hiring requirements, and explore creative ways to identify and engage top talent beyond traditional job portals.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills, a good understanding of different talent markets, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment while working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment across Tech, SaaS, and Non-Tech roles, developing a clear understanding of role requirements, business priorities, and relevant talent markets.
Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant candidates across target companies, industries, and competitor organizations.
Independently research, identify, and source profiles through LinkedIn, professional communities, company websites, referrals, networking, and other alternative sourcing channels.
Build, manage, and nurture talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
Identify target companies, competitor talent pools, relevant skill sets, and candidate profiles based on hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, align on candidate expectations, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen candidate profiles, assess suitability against role requirements, conduct initial candidate conversations, and share high-quality shortlists with stakeholders.
Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback follow-ups, and offer-related activities to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, sourcing reports, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards to monitor recruitment progress and pipeline health.
Track sourcing effectiveness, hiring metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively experiment with new sourcing strategies, tools, and channels to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of talent discovery.
Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while ensuring timely closures and a high standard of candidate quality.
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for Tech, SaaS, and Non-Tech roles.
Strong expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, candidate research, and proactive sourcing.
Ability to independently identify and engage relevant candidates without relying solely on job portals or ready-made candidate lists.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver relevant talent.
Strong candidate assessment, screening, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who can independently prioritize tasks, solve problems, and drive hiring mandates forward.
Comfortable managing multiple roles, competing priorities, and evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
A continuous-improvement mindset with the curiosity to explore new sourcing channels, understand talent markets, and solve recruitment challenges proactively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Takes complete ownership of assigned hiring requirements, from understanding role expectations and market research to sourcing, screening, and candidate shortlisting.
Can independently develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify the right talent for challenging and niche roles.
Understands how to map talent pools, identify target organizations, and approach suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
Builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Proactively identifies bottlenecks, recommends solutions, and moves hiring processes forward without constant supervision.
Is resourceful, persistent, and comfortable working with ambiguity and changing business priorities.
Focuses on the quality, relevance, and suitability of candidate profiles rather than simply maximizing sourcing volumes.
Uses recruitment data, market insights, and hiring metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and recruitment outcomes.
Demonstrates accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
What You’ll Gain
The opportunity to lead and manage diverse recruitment mandates across Tech, SaaS, and Non-Tech functions.
Exposure to advanced talent mapping, market intelligence, and strategic sourcing practices.
Opportunities to strengthen stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and recruitment strategy skills.
The autonomy to experiment with sourcing approaches and contribute to improving recruitment processes.
Experience working in a collaborative, remote-first environment with opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
If you are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who takes ownership, enjoys solving complex sourcing challenges, and knows how to find and engage the right talent through research and creative sourcing strategies, we’d love to hear from you!
