We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager who designs with intent and executes with precision. In this remote role, you will own the user journey for our core platform, translating complex technical workflows into intuitive, high-converting digital experiences. You will sit at the intersection of product strategy and user experience, collaborating directly with engineering and design to ship features that solve real user pain points and drive product retention.
Own the product lifecycle from initial discovery and user mapping through launch and post-release optimization.
Translate customer feedback, usability testing, and product analytics into clear, actionable product requirements and low-fidelity wireframes.
Collaborate daily with product designers and engineers to define scope, run sprints, and maintain a high bar for visual and interactive execution.
Define, track, and analyze core product metrics—specifically user activation, feature adoption, and task completion rates—to iterate on the roadmap.
Conduct continuous user research and usability sessions to validate hypotheses before committing engineering resources.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager handling B2B SaaS or consumer web applications.
A strong portfolio or track record of shipping user-centric features, demonstrating a deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user psychology.
Proficiency with modern product design, prototyping, and analytics tools (Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
Technical literacy; comfortable discussing API constraints, front-end frameworks, and implementation trade-offs with engineering leads.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Prior professional experience in a dedicated UX design, UI design, or user research role.
Experience working in a remote-first engineering culture with distributed global teams.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better facilitate technical handoffs.
Competitive salary and equity package.
Fully remote work model with flexible working hours.
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Annual learning and development budget for courses, books, or conferences.
Home office upgrade allowance to optimize your remote workspace.
