Springworks builds three products for HR teams: SpringVerify (background verification), Hire (recruiting), and EngageWith (rewards, recognition, and pulse surveys).
We are looking for a Product Manager to own how a customer on one of these products discovers, adopts, and pays for the next one. There is no roadmap to inherit and no playbook to follow — you will write both. Expect to spend your first months talking to customers, forming a view on which cross-sell motion is worth building, and getting the first one live.
The work starts as a business goal stated in one line — "we should be able to sell SpringVerify into the EngageWith base" — and it is on you to turn that into a proposition, a spec, a shipped thing, and a number that moved.
Decide what we build — identify the cross-sell opportunities across all three products, size them, and make the call on sequence.
Own it end to end — customer conversations, a written PRD, engineering delivery, launch.
Talk to customers constantly to validate what will actually get bought, not what sounds good in an internal review.
Run partner conversations where an opportunity depends on someone outside Springworks.
Ship inside products you don't own, working through those teams rather than around them.
Measure honestly — define success per bet, and let the results decide what happens next.
2+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
You have built something from zero — a new product, line of business, or motion that didn't exist before you arrived.
Commercial instinct: pricing, packaging, and a real point of view on what makes a customer buy a second product.
Strong written communication. Much of this role is a document that has to persuade someone who isn't in the room.
Fluency with AI tools as part of how you work — specs, research, synthesising customer conversations, a first-pass mockup.
Technical literacy — you can discuss API constraints and implementation trade-offs with engineering leads.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
None of this is required. All of it will make you effective sooner.
Familiarity with HR tech — how background verification works, how hiring works and where verification sits inside it, how recruiters and HR operations teams work day to day, and how recognition programmes and pulse surveys are actually used.
A background in growth, monetisation, partnerships, or a prior stint in UX design or user research.
Competitive salary and equity package
Fully remote work model with flexible working hours
Comprehensive health insurance coverage
Company perks — team lunches, off-sites, and more
