Spartech Impex is expanding manufacturing and commercial operations across Delhi, Mumbai, and Lucknow. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end recruitment across our production plants, logistics hubs, and corporate offices. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will drive full-cycle hiring for technical, industrial, and commercial teams with complete autonomy.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Delhi, Mumbai, and Lucknow facilities, from initial requisition to candidate onboarding.
Source and place specialized plant personnel—including CNC operators, laser-cutting technicians, maintenance supervisors, and mechanical designers—via ITIs, polytechnics, and industrial networks.
Recruit commercial and operational talent across B2B sales, supply chain, inventory, and finance.
Drive proactive candidate outreach through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and grassroots industrial channels instead of relying solely on inbound applicants.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical assessments with plant managers, and negotiate compensation packages.
Engage candidates post-offer to secure high joining conversions and minimize dropouts.
Maintain pipeline trackers and report weekly metrics to leadership, focusing on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratios, and 30/60/90-day retention.
2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing technical, operational, and commercial roles.
Direct experience hiring both blue-collar plant workers and white-collar professionals.
Demonstrated ability to source candidates through non-traditional channels, local networks, and direct headhunting.
Proficiency in applicant tracking, pipeline management, and recruitment analytics using Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong negotiation skills with a practical understanding of market compensation benchmarks.
Availability to work full-time, on-site at our Delhi or Lucknow location.
Prior recruitment experience within industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or manufacturing sectors.
Established network of technical institutes, ITIs, and trade diploma centers in North and West India.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an engineering-related field.
