Role

Responsible for coordinating sales orders, dealer/customer requirements, dispatches, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales teams, dealers, distributors, and customers for order processing and updates.

• Manage sales orders, invoices, dispatch details, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams.

• Track pending orders, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare sales MIS and reports.

• Maintain accurate sales and customer records in SAP/ERP.

• Resolve order and delivery-related issues through timely follow-up.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales MIS, Order Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Experience in tiles, ceramics, building materials, or manufacturing preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP/ERP.

• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Candidates from Kassar, Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Rohtak, West Delhi, and nearby areas preferred.
