Responsibilities

Detect, assess, and prioritize security incidents, escalating according to established protocols.
Coordinate remote responses with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and emergency services during critical events.
Generate detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and trend analyses.
Proactively identify potential vulnerabilities or system anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
Adhere strictly to all security policies, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in security operations, with demonstrated experience in remote monitoring or a GSOC environment.
Proficiency with modern Video Management Systems (VMS), access control platforms, and alarm monitoring software.
Exceptional observational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make rapid, sound decisions under pressure.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear incident reporting and remote coordination.
Self-disciplined, highly reliable, and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
