* Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,500 (Based on experience)
* Per Collection Incentive:
* Within 30 minutes – ₹70 per collection
* Within 45 minutes – ₹90 per collection

📌 Eligibility Criteria
* Qualification: DMLT / MLT / CMLT
* Experience in Venepuncture / Blood Collection
* Knowledge of Vacutainer Collection
* Good communication skills in Hindi & English
