Full Stack Developer – React + Java

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise along with practical experience in React/JavaScript. Experience working in BFSI or other regulated industries will be preferred.

Practical experience using AI coding tools and AI agents for development, testing, documentation, debugging, and problem-solving is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript.

· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

· Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.

· Develop secure and high-performance backend services using Java/Spring Boot.

· Work with SQL databases for application development, data retrieval, optimization, and troubleshooting.

· Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-ready code.

· Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated test cases.

· Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.

· Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.

· Analyze production incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.

· Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines for source control, build, testing, and deployment.

· Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

· Use AI coding assistants and AI agents to improve development productivity, testing, documentation, debugging, and problem-solving while maintaining ownership of the generated code.

· Ensure AI-assisted code meets required standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

· Follow enterprise security, compliance, and development best practices.

Backend

· Strong hands-on experience with Java

Frontend

· Practical hands-on experience with AI coding tools / AI coding assistants

o Development productivity

· Ability to review, validate, secure, and take ownership of AI-generated code

Good to Have

· Knowledge of Microsoft Azure

· Experience with Azure services and cloud-based application deployment

· BFSI / Banking / Financial Services experience

· Experience working in regulated or highly controlled enterprise environments

· Understanding of application security and compliance requirements
