Role Overview
We are looking for a React.js + Node.js Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will own both the frontend and backend development, building responsive user interfaces, developing RESTful APIs, and ensuring high-quality, production-ready applications. You should be comfortable working across the full stack and delivering end-to-end features.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js.
Build and maintain application components using React Hooks, Redux, or Context API.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
Optimize application performance and improve user experience.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Backend Development
Design and build RESTful APIs using Node.js.
Develop scalable backend services and business logic.
Design and maintain database models using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT.
Ensure proper API versioning, validation, logging, and error handling.
Quality & Production Readiness
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Perform unit testing and debugging for frontend and backend modules.
Collaborate with QA and development teams during testing and deployment.
Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based development practices.
Required Qualifications
Education
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in React.js and Node.js development.
Hands-on experience in developing production-grade web applications.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
Technical Skills
Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Material UI, React Hooks, Redux/Context API.
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST API Development, JWT Authentication.
Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Version Control: Git / GitHub.
Good to Have: TypeScript, AWS Basics, Docker, CI/CD.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on scalable web applications.
Knowledge of API optimization and application performance tuning.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
