Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Developer with 2.5–4 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI-based use cases. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern AI technologies, particularly LangChain and LangGraph, along with exposure to cloud platforms.
The candidate should be comfortable working on real-world AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI/GenAI-based use cases and applications.
Build AI workflows and applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, and external data sources into AI solutions.
Develop and optimize AI agents, workflows, and automation solutions.
Work with cloud-based services and infrastructure to deploy and support AI applications.
Perform testing, debugging, optimization, and performance tuning of AI solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Stay updated with emerging Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, and AI application development technologies.
Document technical solutions and contribute to best practices for AI development.
Required Skills
2.5–4 years of relevant software/AI development experience.
Hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI use-case development.
Good understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts.
Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
Experience in developing AI agents, workflows, or LLM-powered applications.
Good programming skills in Python.
Understanding of APIs, REST services, and third-party integrations.
Exposure to at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, debugging, testing, and deployment practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or similar.
Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation of LLM applications.
Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.
Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent workflows.
