We are seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Lead with 12+ years of experience to anchor enterprise-scale cloud security and automated secrets management. Operating fully onsite, you will serve as the primary client Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and technical authority, guiding an engineering team as you architect and deploy automated credential rotation systems across hybrid and AWS environments.
Act as the primary technical SPOC for client-facing architectural reviews, technical roadmapping, and project execution.
Architect and implement enterprise credential lifecycle management leveraging CyberArk Secrets Hub and CyberArk PAM.
Integrate CyberArk with AWS Secrets Manager, engineering and validating end-to-end automated credential rotation workflows.
Design AWS IAM architectures, fine-grained trust policies, Service Control Policies (SCPs), and least-privilege access models across multi-account structures using AWS STS.
Author modular, reusable Terraform code, automated CI/CD pipelines, and supporting scripts in Python and Bash.
Direct, mentor, and conduct technical code reviews for junior and senior cloud security engineers.
12+ years of hands-on technical experience with a track record of leading delivery teams and managing client technical relationships.
Deep expertise in CyberArk PAM and CyberArk Secrets Hub integrations.
Advanced proficiency in AWS Cloud Security Architecture, specifically IAM, STS, SCPs, KMS, Lambda, and CloudTrail.
Proven implementation experience synchronizing and rotating credentials through AWS Secrets Manager.
Production-level Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD engineering background.
Strong scripting capability in Python and Bash for infrastructure automation.
Must be able to work full-time onsite.
CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or CyberArk Sentry certification.
AWS Certified Security – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
Experience navigating compliance and security frameworks within heavily regulated enterprise environments.
