Medhavi Aspire Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior MIS Data Analyst to transform raw business data into actionable operational insights. Based onsite at our office, you will work directly with department leaders to build, maintain, and optimize our reporting pipelines. This is a high-visibility role where your dashboards will directly influence daily business decisions and organizational strategy.
Design, develop, and maintain automated MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Write and execute SQL queries to extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple relational databases.
Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with business units to gather data requirements and translate them into structured technical reports.
Perform regular data audits to ensure database integrity and absolute reporting accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Hands-on exposure to SQL (writing queries, joins, and basic data manipulation).
Practical experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables).
Sharp analytical skills with high attention to detail in data validation.
