Key Responsibilities

Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
Lead, train, motivate, and develop outlet staff.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and control wastage.
Manage cash, billing, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and visual standards.
Coordinate with support departments for seamless operations.
Monitor labour costs, food costs, and other operating expenses.
Implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
