Job Title: Associate Director – Salesforce Revenue Cloud

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions — CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management — ensuring accurate quoting, streamlined billing, and revenue recognition compliance for enterprise clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process
- Create solution architecture, system architecture, and ERDs
- Configure CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling
- Implement Billing for invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition
- Design subscription and usage-based revenue models
- Advise on buy-vs-build decisions
- Build integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax engines
- Develop custom workflows, approvals, and automation for CPQ/Billing
- Prepare runbooks, guide developers, train users, support go-live
MANDATORY SKILLS
- 10+ years in Salesforce with strong Revenue Cloud understanding
- Hands-on CPQ and Billing implementation experience
- Subscription management, revenue recognition, Quote-to-Cash
- Product/price rules, guided selling, approvals, discounting, amendments, renewals
- NetSuite/ERP integration via REST/SOAP, MuleSoft/Boomi
- Excellent communication skills
GOOD TO HAVE
- Agentforce, CLM implementation, ASC 606/IFRS 15 knowledge
MANDATORY CERTIFICATIONS
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant
DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS
- Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer
