Join our core engineering team as a Senior Tibco Administrator, where you will manage and optimize critical enterprise integration platforms built on TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x. This remote role offers the opportunity to drive stability, performance, and security for high-volume systems that power our global operations.
Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x, EMS, Hawk, and Administrator components across various environments.
Execute complex deployments, configuration changes, and system upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and robust performance.
Implement and maintain TIBCO security best practices, including user management, access controls, and certificate management.
Develop and enhance automation scripts (Shell, Python) for routine administrative tasks, monitoring, and incident response.
Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for TIBCO integration services.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful application deployments and provide operational support.
Participate in on-call rotation to support critical production systems.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in TIBCO integration administration.
Deep expertise in administering and troubleshooting TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x is mandatory.
Proficient with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO Hawk.
Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation and system management.
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and database connectivity from TIBCO.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed TIBCO environments.
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fully remote capacity.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with other TIBCO products such as BWCE, Mashery, or TIBCO Cloud Integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools for automated deployments.
