Responsibilities
Architect and implement the overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices across multiple product lines.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and quality metrics for all releases.
Drive significant automation initiatives, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback loops.
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and operations teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Ensure timely and high-quality software delivery, providing transparent reporting on quality status and risks.
Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable QA methodologies and strategies.
Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing QA teams.
Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and integrating them into CI/CD.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
Strong understanding of various testing types: functional, performance, security, and integration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Background in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
