We are building high-scale, multi-brand healthcare systems designed to process high-converting patient journeys with uncompromising data security. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will own features end-to-end—from conducting customer discovery and designing scalable API architecture to shipping production code across a modern TypeScript monorepo and leveraging AI-native development workflows.
Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deploy high-performance fullstack applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Turborepo hosted on Vercel and Cloudflare.
Manage complex multi-tenant architectures, deploying a single codebase across multiple consumer brands while maintaining strict data isolation.
Build scalable API infrastructure, background job queues, multi-role access controls, and PDF manipulation pipelines.
Integrate and manage payment processing systems across Stripe and Authorize.Net for high-conversion user funnels.
Lead feature discovery: translate complex requirements into technical specifications, break down tasks, and ship production code alongside the team.
Optimize dev velocity by building custom workflows and agents with Cursor, Claude, and LangChain.
Conduct code audits, review PRs, maintain security compliance for healthcare data, and author E2E test scripts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Proven track record of shipping production web applications from scratch within small, agile teams.
Expertise in the modern JS/TS stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and monorepo management (Turborepo).
Strong backend and data layer proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, serverless environments, and Docker.
Direct experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), observability (Sentry), and API testing (Postman).
Extreme attention to detail with complete ownership over frontend styling, backend logic, and database design.
Have used AI ( LLM or Agents ) to generate business outcomes for analysis, generation , anomaly detection or similar.
Knows event tracking using Google Tag Manager, Posthog.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior engineering experience in the healthcare domain handling sensitive patient data.
Hands-on experience writing automated E2E tests using Playwright.
Background building custom AI workflows or coding agent scripts.
Experience managing alternative payment gateways like Authorize.Net alongside Stripe.
