We are building a high-throughput SaaS platform handling millions of daily operations for enterprise clients. As a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer on our hybrid engineering team, you will own features end-to-end—from designing resilient backend services to delivering responsive frontend components. You will work directly with principal engineers and product managers to scale our core architecture, reduce latency, and ship clean, well-tested code in continuous deployment cycles.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Architect and optimize database schemas and queries across PostgreSQL and Redis to ensure low-latency performance.
Integrate complex third-party SaaS ecosystems, enterprise authentication systems, and payment gateways.
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain deployment stability.
Monitor production systems, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and participate in technical design reviews.
Requirements
3+ years of commercial software development experience shipping production SaaS products.
Proven proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern state management patterns.
Strong backend experience in Node.js or Python, including REST and GraphQL API design.
Practical knowledge of relational database design, query optimization, and caching strategies.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD workflows, and cloud platform services (AWS or GCP).
Ability to work in our hybrid model, spending two designated days per week in our local office.
Nice to Have
Experience with microservices architecture
Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Vercel, etc.)
Knowledge of Next.js, Nuxt.js, or similar meta-frameworks
