ABOUT CEDAR HILL CAPITAL
We are an early-stage venture capital fund backing founders building AI-first enterprise technology for the Financial Services industry. The fund’s investment thesis is anchored in a deep legacy in Financial Services technology research and consulting, drawing on a platform that represents over 70 years of global experience in the sector.
Our GP and Operating Partners are also the creators of the region’s only Financial Services Technology Lab, which since 2017 has supported and accelerated 70+ enterprise technology companies, helping them scale products, build partnerships with financial institutions, and expand internationally. We operate as an independently structured venture fund, following a traditional LP–GP model, and are backed by leading institutional investors and family offices across the region.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Associate drives Cedar Hill Capital’s investment engine across the full lifecycle — sourcing, evaluating, and helping execute early-stage opportunities in AI-first enterprise technology for financial services. The role combines analytical rigour, market research, and relationship-building to identify high-potential ventures and support portfolio companies, contributing across deal sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, and value creation. Building on the Cedar and IBS Intelligence platform, the Associate also helps amplify the fund’s presence in the FinTech ecosystem through research, thought leadership, and marketing contributions.
ROLE OVERVIEW

The role supports portfolio companies with reporting, strategic introductions, and operational guidance to drive value creation, and represents the fund in the ecosystem through research and industry forums. It carries direct founder exposure, works closely with the Partner on live deals, and may guide an Intern on assignments. The Associate is expected to own defined analytical modules end to end and to build deepening expertise in FinTech and enterprise-technology trends.
