We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of data and analytics projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional data teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, drive stakeholder alignment, and maintain strong governance across data initiatives.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering technology projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring that business objectives are translated into successful technology solutions.

Mandatory Skills:
· 8–12 years overall experience with 3–5+ years in Delivery / Program Management
· 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile environments
· Experience delivering Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or AI projects
· Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
· Strong stakeholder, risk, and cross-functional team management skills
· Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Project Planning, Execution & Delivery Management
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and closure.
Ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
Own end-to-end delivery of data projects (Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, ML).
Develop and track detailed project plans and sprint roadmaps.
Ensure adherence to delivery governance and reporting standards.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Promote transparency, accountability, and strong collaboration across teams.
b) Agile / Scrum Leadership
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog grooming and prioritization.
Drive sprint velocity tracking and continuous improvement.
Ensure Scrum best practices are followed across teams.
c) Stakeholder Management
Act as primary interface between business, technology, and leadership.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
Manage stakeholder expectations and change requests.
d) Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, QA).
Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Support resource planning and capacity management.
