Architect and safeguard the VP's calendar across multiple global time zones, ruthlessly prioritizing high-impact work and insulating focus time.
Orchestrate end-to-end international travel logistics, managing complex itineraries, visa requirements, and real-time flight contingency plans.
Draft, filter, and refine high-stakes communications for internal executives, global delivery leads, and key enterprise client partners.
Drive operational follow-through, tracking action items from executive strategy sessions to guaranteed completion across global teams.
Build briefing materials, pre-read decks, and agenda frameworks for quarterly business reviews, client pitches, and global operational summits.
3+ years of administrative or operational support experience supporting VP-level or senior enterprise leaders in a distributed environment.
Demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic foresight, turning vague directives into structured action plans.
Flawless written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior executive audiences.
Mastery of modern productivity stacks, including Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office, and project platforms like Asana or Jira.
Absolute discretion when managing sensitive strategic, financial, and organizational data.
Background in B2B tech sales operations, global delivery, or professional services.
Experience pulling light data reports or synthesizing quantitative information for executive decks.
