Build the culture of our onsite team from the ground up. As an HR Intern, you will directly shape the daily workplace experience, turning cultural strategy into concrete initiatives, events, and communications that connect our people. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your execution directly impacts employee retention and office vibrance.
Co-design and execute the monthly employee engagement calendar, taking ownership of event logistics, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
Draft and distribute weekly internal communications, newsletters, and digital campaigns to keep the team informed and connected.
Serve as an accessible point of contact for employee questions regarding workplace activities and community initiatives.
Gather and analyze feedback from employee surveys to iterate on culture initiatives and pitch new engagement concepts to leadership.
Support the broader HR team with administrative tasks, onboarding preparation, and general office coordination.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, professional, and engaging copy for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated organizational ability, having previously managed timelines and deliverables for university clubs, volunteer groups, or prior projects.
Full-time availability to work onsite at our headquarters.
Basic graphic design capabilities (e.g., Canva or related softwarews) for creating internal newsletters and event flyers.
Familiarity with digital workspace tools including Slack, Google Workspace, and basic project management software.
Direct mentorship from senior HR professionals and a clear understanding of modern people operations.
