We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Testing Engineer with strong experience in Data Testing, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure Cloud services. The candidate will be responsible for validating end‑to‑end data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance across Azure‑based data platforms.
Must Have
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for data‑centric applications
Perform Data Validation and Data Quality Testing across source systems, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses
Good to have Salesforce knowledge, as the Application migration is from Salesforce to Azure platform.
Validate Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, activities, triggers, and parameterization
Perform testing on data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes
Execute SQL queries to validate data reconciliation, completeness, and accuracy
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for data solutions
Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps / JIRA
Experience is testing automation
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Support UAT and production validation, including data sanity checks
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards
